Here I am painting some of the desks.
One of the things that we did other than talk with the children, was to fix
up the school.
From what we heard, we expected much worse damages than there was. The school
had little or no money. Normally, any repairs
were paid for by donations from the community. However, they have very little
money to spare. When they do get money, the repairs have
to be done by volunteers from the community, or by the teachers who are payed
little as it is.
